Roberta served as the Leader of the Labor & Employment Law Practice Group in the Los Angeles office of the world's largest law firm, where she was also a member of the Global Steering Committee for Labor and the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Since establishing her own law firm, Roberta has continued to advise corporate and executive clients.

 

In addition to practicing law, Roberta served as an adjunct professor for 12 years, teaching courses in Business Law, Cyberspace Law, Human Resources Management, Business Communication, and Sexual Harassment.
